As the Operations Manager, you will lead the team in SAP usage for optimal data processing, analysis, and planning. Toolbox talks and regular shift meetings with all shifts, including night workers. Creation of production schedules in all plants. Stock management and rotation, and ordering of consumable materials. Support the development of new and existing external/internal customer base, support estimating and pricing new/potential orders. As the Operations Manager, you will ensure on-time, on-quality, and on-cost delivery of post-fabrication processes and coated parts for delivery to customers Lead, promote, and manage the achievement of an exceptional level of Health & Safety compliance and culture Manage and drive production KPI s Regular review of production performance with the team to drive output Understand the changing needs of staff and deploy strategies and tactics to enhance workplace wellbeing and overall employee satisfaction Identify appropriate development and training for direct reports, including underperformers and high performers
