PERSON SPECIFICATION: Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager - Fasteners to OEMs To be considered for this potentially rewarding Business Development Manager, financially and in terms of career progression you will have; A proven track record of sales success selling some sort of technical component to OEMs, much preferably fasteners or high volume / C-class components, or related products with a mechanical engineering basis. A good knowledge of fasteners and related KANBAN, VMI, Just in Time supply services and solutions. Drive and determination to get in front of, and talk credibly to, senior purchasing, buying and engineering / technical personnel at customers. The ability to spot and / or and experience spotting opportunities with existing customers for cross and range up selling.
