You will be responsible for overseeing daily office activities, managing administrative staff, and providing support to senior management. Managing the MD's diary, scheduling meetings, and organising appointments.Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD.Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries.Preparing and distributing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents.Maintaining confidential files and records, ensuring data protection policies are adhered to.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.Providing general administrative support and handling ad hoc tasks as required.
