Man charged after three people assaulted in Stoke-on-Trent

A man has been charged after two women and a man were assaulted in separate incidents in Stoke-on-Trent.

Dane Parker, 34, of no fixed address, has been charged with two counts of assault by beating, exposure, intentional strangulation, Section 18 wounding with intent and threatening a person with an offensive weapon/bladed article/corrosive substance in a public place.

This comes after Staffordshire Police investigated four separate incidents involving three victims in Fenton and Longton between 17 June and 23 July.

Parker appeared at North Staffordshire Justice Centre on 25 July where he was remanded in custody to appear at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on 27 August.
