Job Title: FP&A Analyst

Management of P11ds.Oversee personal tax returns, supporting junior staff with technical queries.Completion of complex tax returns.Act as the primary contact for clients, attending meetings, and providing strategic business advisory services.Liaise with external bodies and promptly resolve client queries.Lead, develop, and mentor a small team, promoting a client-centric and supportive environment. The team consists of 5 - 2 x seniors, 2 x trainees and 1 shared tax and payroll trainee.Contribute to monthly management meetings, driving operational and cultural improvements.
