Come and be bathed in sound waves!
The music doesn't have a catchy melody or rhythm, it's a carefully selected wash of instruments and sometimes voice- depends on how the mood takes Johnny!
Waves of soothing, echoing sound from traditional percussion instruments such as crystal bowls, gong, drums, surround you as you lie back on your yoga mat, snuggling under your blanket.
Let your mind drift or doze off, it's up to you….. there are no rules. Come round at the end refreshed and relaxed.
