Stoke's popular family event, 'Six Towns Carnival' is set to return to Hanley Park on Sunday 9 July, aiming to celebrate "harmony and inclusion".

The parade starts at 3pm and will be led by local musician, Danny Shaw.

There will also be music throughout the day on the Main Stage, stalls and free craft activities, art workshops led by Deborah Rogers of the Cultural Sisters, circus performances and even a free samba drumming workshop.

This event is a family-focused event with no alcohol for sale and alcohol consumption is discouraged by the organisers.
