Join Closer to Home Walking Network for a free guided walk of Staffordshire University Nature Reserve!

Thursday 31 August at 11 am with Dr Jane Robb, Lecturer in Outdoor Learning and Biodiversity.

Start and finish at the Catalyst Building, Leek Rd ST4 2DF.

Situated at the edge of the Leek Road campus, in the heart of the Potteries, the Reserve is one of the most important wildlife sites in the city. The 10 hectare site was given Natural Heritage Designation and contained within its boundaries are a diversity of habitats including grasslands, pools and woodlands.

Parking is free on the day of the event and any car park can be used. Accessible parking is available.

All welcome to join us for free refreshments at the Catalyst Building Cafe after the walk.
