Here are our top picks for the coming days:
North Staffs Christian Aid Sponsored Walk
Kind-hearted people from North Staffordshire are stepping out on Saturday 25 March in a sponsored walk to raise money for international development charity Christian Aid.
The North Staffs Walk is an annual event which has been taking place for more than 30 years and so far has raised more than £1 million to help projects in communities around the world.
The walk is taking place around Tittesworth Water, on the edge of the Peak District National Park, just off the A53 near Leek, and participants have a choice of the two routes, starting from the marquee at the Visitor Centre.
Star Bikers Egg Run
The Star Bikers Charity 44th Egg Run 2023 will take place on Sunday 26th March from Bet365 Stadium.
Hundreds of motorbikes will travel through Stoke-on-Trent, delivering Easter Eggs to underprivileged children.
Longton Carnival and Pig Walk Parade
A huge carnival and parade, organised by a local arts organisation, will take place on 26 March to celebrate the story of the Mayor of Longton in the mid-1880s.
The Pig Walk Parade will travel through The Strand, led by a giant pig puppet, with music from local musician Danny Shaw, costumes made in a pop-up shop led by Deb Rogers, and school children and performance groups will dance in the street.
There will also be free entertainment from 11am in Longton Exchange, including performances from Trentham Brass Band and Frontline Dance, as well as market stalls by Castle Artisan, charity stalls and facepainting.
Don't forget you can advertise your event for FREE on our 'What's On' page by clicking the black 'Nub It' button.
