A local independent property expert business with an office in Newcastle-under-Lyme has won the UK Estate Agent of the Year award - honouring successful property companies in 2022.

This June, Stephenson Browne, with a branch on Merrial Street, was recognised for setting exemplary standards in property sales and lettings, rental management, and customer service in 2022.

UK Property Awards handed Stephenson Browne the title of UK Estate Agent of the Year 2022.

In June, UK Property Awards handed Stephenson Browne the title of UK Estate Agent of the Year 2022 (Stephenson Browne).

The local estate agency with branches in nearby Sandbach, Alsager, Congleton and Crewe has risen through the ranks after being established in 1999.

Stephenson Browne also secured nominations for Best Mid-Sized Estate Agent, Best Small Estate Agent, Best Regional Estate Agent, and Best Workplace Award.

Business Awards UK said the company's commitment to excellence and its ability to cater to diverse markets has "propelled them towards success."

A spokesperson said: "The 2022 Property Awards were a veritable salute to excellence in this ever-changing industry.

"They recognise the remarkable achievements and ground-breaking innovations within the property sector in both technology and customer relationship management.

Stephenson Browne's lettings team have also been recently nominated for an ESTAS award (Nub News).

Stephenson Browne's offices are situated on Merrial Street with separate adjacent premises for lettings and sales.
