The business has been a successful Estate and Lettings Agent since 1999 across Cheshire and began expanding across Staffordshire as demand increased.
The Newcastle branch has both sales and lettings teams equipped with a wealth of experience and pride themselves on excellent customer service.
Sales
Sales Branch Manager, Maria Preston, began her management role in June 2022 and has spent the last year helping the community buy or sell their home despite market challenges.
The sales team, made up of Vicky, Pam, Jack and Emily, have years of experience between them and their expertise was highlighted at last year's British Property Awards, where the team were given a Gold rating.
Maria told Stoke Nub News: "Over the past 12 months, the market has changed and interest levels certainly haven't helped but despite that, we're in a really good place and we're gaining a lot of sales in spite of the challenging times.
"We have a wide range of properties across Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent.
"We also offer an alternative to people which offers them a secure and quicker way of selling their property - in the form of modern method of auction - so we have options for everyone."
Lettings
Sarah Radford is the Lettings Manager for the Newcastle Branch, having worked for Stephenson Browne for the past six years.
Sarah told Stoke Nub News: "I have worked within the Lettings sector now for nearly 20 years and really enjoy the legal and compliance part of my role.
"Being part of an Independent Agent allows us the flexibility to tailor our service around the different requirements that landlords request.
"I am a firm believer that you're only as good as the team that you work with and Sharon, Sam, Grace and Michelle are a solid team that all support each other and build excellent relationships with both landlords and tenants."
The lettings team have recently been shortlisted for this year's ESTAS awards for their "Standard of Excellence" of service to their clients, an achievement which Sarah says she is "so proud" of.
Stephenson Browne's ESTAS reviews are a testament to their work.
A local landlord wrote: "Sharon, Michelle, Sam and Grace...what a team. Very professional, hard working, dedicated to what they are doing, always trying their best and their best is good enough and excellent with results that confirm that.
"The captain of this ship is Sarah, a good leader and super efficient with solid knowledge of this business, and that's what any landlord requires."
Director, Craig Whitney, said: "The whole team at the Newcastle office are so determined to be a prominent fixture in the property world locally, it is brilliant to see all their hard work paying off.
"I obviously feel that whether you're thinking of selling, or are a landlord looking for a professional, experienced service, we are now one of the top agents in the area, but it is so pleasing that client reviews and awards help support my view.
"We've got some exciting things coming in both the sales & lettings world so I have no doubt with Maria & Sarah at the helm, the office will continue to grow in stature".
