Keele University is set to host an impactful TEDx event later this month with sustainability high on the agenda.

Experts from across business, education, medicine and life sciences are among the inspirational speakers on the lineup for Keele's latest TEDx event on 26 March.

Free tickets are available for TEDxKeele University, held in the Denise Coates Foundation Building, with the event also set to be live-streamed online and recorded.

This year's theme is 'sustainability', a field in which Keele is a global leader, with some of the university's most impactful alumni, lecturers, and partners all taking to the stage to share their insights.

The event has been organised by medical student Jack Carter, who said: "TED hosts some of the world's most influential and inspiring people with ideas worth spreading."

Jack added: "I want to give Keele University the chance to stand on this platform by hosting our very own TEDx event, and what better theme than exploring our globally renowned sustainability work."

The topic of sustainability will be approached from all different angles, integrating expertise from all of Keele's different schools to explore and emphasise how the health of our planet impacts everyone and everything in our lives.
