A new collaboration between Castle Artisan Events and The Dudson Museum and Cafe invites visitors to experience a wealth of local creativity on Saturday 2nd March 2024 between 11am and 3pm at the Dudson Museum Artisan Market.

Featuring a diverse array of stalls, visitors can explore an eclectic mix of locally created artwork, jewellery, ceramics, and a multitude of handcrafted items. The Dudson Café provides the perfect spot to unwind with a warm drink, while guests feast their eyes upon an assortment of delectable hot and cold foods offered by skilled local artisan bakers and food traders.

The Dudson Shop is also filled with pieces from the city's finest creatives, including authentic Dudson items, and for younger guests, the market offers a creative outlet where, for a small fee of £4, children can paint a ceramic pot or figurine to take home.

Visitors are also invited to step back in time and celebrate the golden era of Abba at the free dress-up photobooth filled with pop props commemorating the 50th anniversary of their iconic Eurovision win with 'Waterloo', which also falls on the day of the Dudson Museum Artisan Market. Strike a pose with family and friends and take home a fun memento of the day free of charge and be sure to spend some time perusing the popular museum exhibition that charts the heritage of the pottery industry in the area which is housed within an actual bottle kiln.
