Two people taken to hospital following non-stop collision on A500 near Stoke-on-Trent

Two people have been taken to hospital following a non-stop collision on the A500 and Staffordshire Police are appealing for witnesses.

The collision happened on the A500 southbound in Wolstanton, just after 5.30pm on Sunday 16 June, involving a red Seat Ibiza and a grey car.

The driver of the Seat, along with a child, were both taken to hospital following the collision.

The driver of the grey car did not stay at the scene.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: "We are reviewing CCTV footage of the surrounding areas as part of our ongoing enquiries.

"If you witnessed the collision, or if you have any CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage that may assist with our enquiries, please get in touch.
