Two arrests after cocaine seized in Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme

Two people have been arrested after officers seized cocaine in Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent.
The arrests, made today (Wednesday 11 March), came after officers searched two homes in Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent as part of an investigation into the supply of drugs.
Staffordshire Police seized "cocaine, a large amount of cash, mobile phones and a crypto wallet".
A 31-year-old woman, from Newcastle-under-Lyme, has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply a class A controlled drug – cocaine, and conspiracy to supply a class B controlled drug – other.
A 31-year-old man, from Stoke-on-Trent, has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a class B drug – other.
Both remain in custody for questioning.
