Three arrested after girl injured in collision with off-road bike in Hanley

Three people have been arrested following an incident involving off-road motorbikes in Stoke-on-Trent recently.

Police were called to Central Forest Park in Hanley at 7.15pm on Sunday 2 June following reports of a collision involving a young girl and an off-road motorbike.

The rider of the bike rode off after it happened but thankfully, the girl was not seriously injured.

Three teenage boys have been arrested following the incident (Staffordshire Police).

Three boys have been arrested:

  • A 17-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy, both from Stoke-on-Trent, on suspicion of failing to stop after a collision
  • A 17-year-old boy, from Stoke-on-Trent, on suspicion of vehicle theft

All three have been questioned in custody and released under investigation while enquiries continue.
