Bellway is supporting girls in Stoke City Women's youth section with £1,000 sponsorship for new training gear.
The housebuilder made the donation to fund new GPS vests, which will track the performance of the 16-18-year-old footballers in training sessions.
The money will also fund new balls, bibs and other equipment.
Stoke City Women's first team coach Louise Roberts, team captain Meg Bowyer and defender Hollie Gibson recently opened the three new showhomes at the Bellway development.
The team trains at Stoke City FC's Clayton Wood training facility in the city.
Louise Roberts, First Team Coach for Stoke City Women, said: "The role of GPS vests is crucial in understanding the squad's physical condition to perform, and is a great asset in optimising a player's physical performance and most importantly to minimise the risk of injury by controlling the load each individual receives session by session.
"This donation from Bellway is a lovely gesture and is very much appreciated by all the staff and players. It will be put to good use to help staff to provide the best platform for players to further their development at the club."
Marie Richards, Sales Director for Bellway West Midlands, said: "It was a pleasure to welcome Louise, Meg and Hollie from Stoke City Women to our development last month as we unveiled the three new showhomes.
"Working with local groups near our developments is a key part of our ethos as a business, to ensure that local communities benefit from improvements as part of the new neighbourhoods we are creating.
"We hope that this donation will have a meaningful impact on the young players and will allow the club to purchase good quality sporting equipment that helps enhance training sessions."
