The Artisan Market @ World of Wedgwood

An Artisan Market is at World of Wedgwood, Barlaston, on 13 October (Nub News).

In partnership with Castle Artisan Markets, World of Wedgwood is relaunching the outdoor courtyard markets.

Over 30 stalls of independent makers and small businesses from Staffordshire will be in attendance on the second Sunday of every month.

The first market takes place on 13 October between 10am and 4pm.

Ceramics Christmas Workshop @ Middleport Pottery

Middleport Pottery is hosting a Ceramics Christmas Workshop (Google).

Alex Allday will be hosting a "festive, creative and relaxing afternoon" at Middleport Pottery on 12 October.

Organisers say the workshop "is ideal for making unique decorations for your Christmas tree or to make meaningful Christmas gifts".

The workshop begins at 2pm and tickets cost £45.

Cranford @ Stoke Rep Theatre

Stoke Rep Players are performing Cranford (Stoke Rep Players).

Stoke Rep Players will be performing Cranford at Stoke Repertory Theatre between 8 and 12 October.

Promotors say: "Step into the quaint streets of Cranford, a nineteenth-century market town where the whispers of gossip are as frequent as the chime of the church bell.

"Join us as we bring to life the charming and eccentric characters of Elizabeth Gaskell's beloved novel and the celebrated BBC TV series, adapted for the stage by Martyn Coleman."

If you're looking for something a little bit more relaxing, don't forget bod cafe bars are open all weekend.

Located on Longton Road and Station Road, the venues serve a range of Titanic ales as well as coffees and a varied food menu.

Don't forget you can advertise your event for FREE on our 'What's On' page by clicking the black 'Nub It' button.

If it wasn't for our sponsors like Tigerbite, Lucky Seven, Titanic Brewery, Ali's Kitchen and Bros Distillery, our what's on section and news site would not be possible. Thank you.
