Bod Stoke has digitised its loyalty system (Nub News).

Customers at Bod Stoke café and bar now have another reason to drop in for a drink or bite to eat – more rewards are coming their way!

The popular eatery and pub has launched a 'loyalty app' which means information and offers are available at the touch of a button on a customer's phone. Follow the link here to download it.

Bod Stoke, owned by local Titanic Brewery, said it listened to customers' comments asking for them to digitise their loyalty system.

More information and exclusive perks and rewards are available on the app (Stoke Bod).

And staff are on hand to help customers navigate through the new loyalty app which sees old loyalty cards accepted until the END of this month (October).

The loyalty app has gone live in all Titanic pubs and Bod café bars.

The loyalty app allows customers to earn points at ANY Bod and has many benefits - new rewards and benefits will be introduced exclusively to app users, plus latest news and updates, including new beer releases and a FREE drink on your birthday!

The new app is now live in all Titanic pubs and Bod café bars (Stoke Bod).

A spokesperson said: "We are committed to offering our customers the very best experience when visiting our pubs and Bods and one of the most common pieces of feedback that we get is to digitise our loyalty system!

"The Loyalty App means you don't need to remember to bring a physical card with you. It will enable you to access your loyalty account instantly to see you balance as well as any additional perks that you have available including your free birthday drink.

"We will also be able to introduce new rewards and benefits that will be exclusively available to app users. Finally, the app will also allow us to share all the latest news, events and updates with you, including new beer releases.

"We are really excited about introducing this new app, but we also want to ensure that none of our loyal customers miss out.

Points from loyalty cards will transfer onto the new app (Stoke Bod).

"The app is really easy to use. Simply search for 'Titanic Brewery' in your app store, download the app, register your account and then you're good to go!

"If you had a previous loyalty card you'll also be able to request a points transfer from the old card to the new app so that all of your points are together in the same place."

The link to download the app is here.
