Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group (NSCG) is recruiting for two exciting roles across its campuses in Staffordshire. 

The College is looking for a Lecturer in Music Peformance and Production to work at Newcastle College, and is offering between £30,000 and £40,000 a year. 

The main duty of the role is to "teach Music Performance and Production up to and including Level 4, play an active role in the marketing of the College and the Department through such activities as open days and through liaison with local employers and schools."

The job advert says: "Based in our Performing Arts department, we are looking for an enthusiastic, suitably qualified individual to teach on Music & Technical Theatre courses.  

"As well as being an inspiring lecturer with the ability to enable all learners to reach their true potential, you will hold an appropriate subject qualification to degree level along with industry experience."

The College has recently been rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted (NSCG).

NSCG is also looking for a Personal Tutor to work in the Health and Social Care department at Stafford College. 

This is a part-time role (22.2 hours a week) and the salary on offer is between £26,759 and £29,236 per annum. 

The role includes "delivering a variety of group tutorials that will support the students with their personal development and wellbeing.

"As a Personal Tutor you will be a central contact for the student and will actively promote pastoral support from enrolment and right through to the end of the 'student journey'. 

"Along with the curriculum team, you will enable a supportive transition and induction process through contact with students and parents. This will be facilitated by your use of the College monitoring system."
