Seven new homes could be built on vacant land off a busy road in Stoke-on-Trent, if plans are approved by the city council.

Mr Rasheed Mohammed has applied for permission to build seven detached houses with new access, car parking and associated external works on the corner of Westport Road and Federation Road, in Burslem.

The 1970 square meter site is currently vacant but has good links to both Burslem and Tunstall town centres.

Each of the homes would be three-bedroom and 14 parking spaces are proposed (Innovative Design Solutions).
