Man arrested following deliberate fire at derelict building in Hanley

A man has been arrested following a fire in an outbuilding of a derelict property in Stoke-on-Trent.

Police and firefighters were called to Bryan Street, Hanley, just before 5.30am this morning (2 April).

The fire was extinguished and investigators deemed the fire to be caused deliberately. Nobody was injured.

A 32-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of arson (Google).

A 32-year-old man, of no fixed address, was arrested on suspicion on arson and remains in custody.
