A popular pub on Tean Road, Cheadle, is set to close for a short period of time whilst it undergoes a huge investment and rebrand.

A spokesperson confirmed to Nub News that the pub will close on Sunday 18 August and will reopen in late September.

The Hungry Horse venue will be undergoing a six-figure investment and rebrand before it reopens - following the completion of major renovations - as a Greene King pub.
