Police are appealing for help in tracing a "wanted man" from Stoke-on-Trent.

Cheshire Police said Andrew Holland is wanted on recall to prison.

He has links to Crewe and Alsager.

The 42-year-old is described as 170cm tall and of medium build with dark brown hair and brown eyes.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: "Anyone who sees Holland or knows of his whereabouts should contact Cheshire Police on 101 or via the website quoting occurrence number 26000785677.

"Alternatively, information can be given anonymously by contacting Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
