Plans for a brand-new takeaway and dessert shop have been submitted to Stoke-on-Trent City Council.

Ms Yousefikhah has applied for the "change of use to hot food takeaway including desserts with installation of extraction system to rear elevation" at 139 Ford Green Road.

The application site is currently vacant, formerly occupied by Fuji's desserts.

A Planning Statement reveals that the new business would sell "a variety of smash burgers and oven baked foods such as pizza, wedges etc. alongside complimentary desserts consisting of milkshakes, cakes etc.

The site is currently vacant, formerly occupied by Fuji's (Nub News).

"The site sits within a parade of shops/and food outlets along Ford Green Road and is within a sustainable location".

The eatery would employ three members of staff and operate between 4.30pm and 11pm seven days a week.
