Plans have been put forward to Stoke-on-Trent City Council to transform a former pub in Bentilee, Stoke-on-Trent, into 14 brand-new apartments.

The Winchester pub was knocked down in 2010 and the Winchester Avenue site has been derelict ever since.

P&D Properties applied for permission earlier this month to build four one-bed apartments and 10 two-bed apartments on the 1496 sq ft land.

The site is on the junction between Winchester Avenue and Beverley Drive (Nub News).

If granted permission, 24 car parking spaces and 14 cycle spaces will also be installed.
