Over 2,000 cannabis plants found in disused warehouse in Stoke-on-Trent

Detectives are investigating after more than 2,000 cannabis plans were found inside a disused warehouse in Stoke-on-Trent.

Officers were called to Paxton Street, Hanley, at 5.39am last Tuesday (26 September) following reports of suspicious activity in the area.

Inside, officers found a large-scale cannabis factory. The address has since been secured and the plants have been seized.

Officers seized over 2,000 cannabis plants and the address has been secured (Staffordshire Police).

Police are appealing for anyone with any information to get in touch.
