A motorcyclist has died following a crash with a parked car in Burton-on-Trent on Saturday afternoon (18 October). 

The rider, a man in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene after the crash on Rosliston Road, Stapenhill.  

Staffordshire Police Officers attended the scene alongside the Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service and West Midlands Ambulance Service. 

The family of the motorcyclist are being supported by specialist officers. 

No other vehicles were involved. 

Staffordshire Police are encouraging anyone who witnessed the collision or those with CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage of the area at the time to get in touch by calling 101 or using Live Chat on their website, quoting incident 572 of 18 October.
