Man charged after officers find crossbow in Stoke-on-Trent

A 51-year-old man has been charged after officers found a crossbow at a Stoke-on-Trent address.

Lon Faram, 51, of Fegg Hayes, has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.

It comes after Staffordshire Police officers went to a property in Chell Heath on Friday 6 March.

Faram appeared at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre on Saturday (7 March).

He was bailed to appear at the same court on Wednesday 6 May.
