A major retailer is set to move into an empty unit on a busy retail park in Stoke-on-Trent.

Superdrug has applied for permission to install signs on an empty unit on Festival Retail Park, on Ridgehouse Drive.

Unit 2B, between Tapi Carpets and TUI, has been empty since Poundland closed in May 2023.

Superdrug currently has stores in Longton and inside The Potteries Centre, Hanley.

A decision is expected on these plans in the coming months.
