A local estate agency chain has launched a free "exclusive service" to help those selling their home, thanks to HomeWise partners.

Stephenson Browne, with a branch on Merrial Street in Newcastle, has added "Market Plus," a free additional advert to help increase exposure to a listed property.

The second online listing aims to make the property appear in more search results and reach a wider audience.

Stephenson Browne told Nub News: "Marketing your property online is key to reaching prospective buyers.

"So, as part of our proactive marketing package, we advertise your property for sale on Rightmove, one of the UK's most visited property portal websites, and proudly offer a free second listing too.

"The additional advert is available to you, free of charge, through Market Plus, an exclusive service from our partners.

"A second online listing increases exposure for your property, ensuring it appears in more search results and reaches a wider audience, which can increase your chances of securing the right buyer sooner.

This year, Stephenson Browne was recognised for delivering outstanding customer service to its clients by making the shortlist for The ESTAS (Nub News).

The local property experts achieved the ESTAS 'Standard of Excellence' based on the service ratings it achieved, via customer reviews submitted to the ESTAS review platform.

Stephenson Browne added: "Market Plus works by your property being listed on portal websites with us at the market value as normal.

"Subject to property criteria, you will have a second online advert showing a HomeWise "Home for Life Plan" guide price, an option for ages 60 and over.

"HomeWise customers can secure a home of their choice for significantly less than the market value with a Home for Life Plan.

A Market Plus listing in partnership with Stephenson Browne and HomeWise is completely free of charge and optional (HomeWise).

"This helps them achieve their moving goals and means they can be free from ongoing financial burdens (such as rent or mortgage payments) and have the security of a home they love for their lifetime too.

"If an Over 60s customer were to choose your property you would not receive any less - Homewise would pay the full agreed selling price to buy the property from you, just like any other buyer.

"The Over 60s customer would pay a lesser amount to HomeWise to purchase a Home for Life Plan to live there.

"A Market Plus listing is completely free of charge and optional.

As well as Newcastle, Stephenson Browne has branches in nearby Sandbach, Congleton and Crewe (Nub News).

"Speak with your agent today to find out how Stephenson Browne can help you secure the best buyer for your property, for the best price."
