UPDATE: Lanes reopen on A50 following a 'lorry overturning'

All lanes have reopened on a section of the A50 eastbound following "a lorry overturning".

The A50 eastbound between the A500 and the B5490 has reopened after closing earlier today after a lorry overturned.

Staffordshire Police attended the scene and the vehicle has been righted.

There are no residual delays reported.

National Highways said: "The A50 eastbound between A500 (Stoke-on-Trent) and the B5490 all lanes have reopened following a lorry overturning.

"There are no residual delays in the area."
