A travel agent branch in Stoke-on-Trent - referred to as a Holiday Superstore by TUI - is now closed for refurbishment.

TUI, at Festival Retail Park, is not expected to reopen until December 2024.

A notice outside the shop says: "Your TUI store is having a makeover and will reopen in December. In the meantime you can still book the same great holidays and buy your travel money at the following stores:

  • TUI, 6/8 Market Sq, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent
  • TUI, 7 Castle Walk, Newcastle-under-Lyme"

The TUI Store Finder website simply states that the branch is closed - no reopening date has been confirmed.

Stoke Nub News has approached TUI for more information about the refurbishment.
