Flash flooding causing disruption on roads across Stoke

Heavy rainfall has led to flash flooding across the city. 

Roads in Stoke town centre have been particularly affected.

Stoke-on-Trent City Council has said that highway teams are being deployed as quickly as possible to manage the situation and minimise disruption. 

The following roads are currently facing the most disruption:

  • Milton Road
  • Milrise Road - burst water main
  • A34 outside pinkstones
  • Beverley drive
  • Uffington parade
  • London Rd
  • Alton house - ST4 6QZ
  • Horn and trumpet leek new road
  • Queens terrace
  • Redhills Road
  • Shelton New Road opposite Emerge
  • Etruscan street
  • Outside former harry ram jams
  • Junction of birches head Road
  • Trinity Street opposite the hotel
  • Flash Lane
  • 1 Harpfield Road
  • Outside Weatherspoons Church Street
  • 30 Butler Street
  • 1000 Leek New Road
  • Caldbeck Place
  • Sanbach Road
  • 18 Sandwick Crescent
