Firefighters extinguish huge blaze on A50 at Blythe Bridge

A Jaguar was well-alight on the A50 between Blythe Bridge and Uttoxeter on Friday afternoon (Nub News).

Fire crews have extinguished a car fire on the A50 between Blythe Bridge and Uttoxeter.

Crews from Longton went to the A50 just before 5pm on Friday (12 January) and found a Jaguar well-alight.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service told Nub News: "The fire was quickly extinguished and was deemed to be caused accidentally, thankfully nobody was injured."
