Food festival to return to Stoke town centre later this month

A food festival is returning to Stoke town centre to kickstart the spring bank holiday weekend.
The Feast Festival will take place on South Wolfe Street, on Friday 23 May between 5pm-9pm, with a selection of tasty dishes available from food vendors as well as live entertainment and music.
The festival first took place in November 2024, and has received funding from the Stoke High Street Accelerator Project in association with Stoke-on-Trent City Council and the UK Government for a number of events.
Founder of Feast Festival Cris Cohen said: "We're bringing the joy of shared food, local talent, and good vibes right to the heart of the city.
"After an incredible turnout at our last event we want to further demonstrate that Stoke has a desire for delicious food events. It's all about turning a regular Friday into a celebration of community, culture, and connection.
"Feast Festival will once again bring Stoke town alive with creative sights, sounds, and flavours and promises an unforgettable evening filled with incredible food vendors, a vibrant market, live entertainment, and everything you need to celebrate the spirit of Friday night in May and we cannot wait to become everyone on the evening."
More Feast Festival events are set to be announced later in the year.
The Stoke High Street Accelerator pilot is part of the £500,000 Greenspace Funding awarded to Stoke-on-Trent City Council to enable accelerator partnerships to deliver projects to improve green spaces and parklets around Stoke Town Centres high street.
This was awarded by MHCLG and to date 14 projects have been approved through the Greenspace funding in Stoke Town.
Vendor opportunities are also available and anyone interested in learning more is asked to contact Cris Cohen by email: [email protected]
