Appeal launched after van collides with nursery in Stoke-on-Trent

Police have launched an appeal after a van collided with a nursery in Stoke-on-Trent last week.

Officers were called to Franklyn Street, Hanley, just before 7am on Friday 9 February.

Nobody was injured in the collision but the driver did not stay at the scene.

Police say they are currently reviewing CCTV footage and now believe the van was a Mercedes.

Staffordshire Police said: "If you witnessed the collision, or if you have any CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage that may assist with our enquiries, please get in touch.
