Katie Jones joined Swansway Motor Group in September last year as an Apprentice Service Advisor at Stafford Land Rover.

Her passion for cars and ambition to work in the motor industry meant she knew this was the role for her straight away.

Before joining Swansway, Katie had discovered that A-Levels werent for her so she began to search for opportunities that would lead her to achieving her goal.

The apprenticeship has given Katie the opportunity to learn new skills and gain valuable knowledge whilst working on the job.

The assessments included a practical observation, assignments and a 3000-word essay, all of which Katie passed with flying colours.

Katie has now been promoted to a Service Advisor and she is very much looking forward to what her future at Stafford Land Rover and Swansway Motor Group has in store for her.
