A50 set to close overnight for resurfacing works
The A50 will close at 9pm tonight for resurfacing works (Google).
The A50 through Stoke-on-Trent is set to close tonight (28 March) to allow resurfacing works to be carried out.
National Highways say the "resurfacing and road marking renewals" will take place on the eastbound carriageway through Heron Cross and Longton.
The closure will operate between the A500 at Sideway and the Trentham Road Interchange at the turn-off for Lightwood and Longton.
The road is expected to reopen at 6am tomorrow (29 March).
