North Staffordshire takeaway celebrates five-star rating as customers hail it 'best ever'

A North Staffordshire takeaway, which customers have hailed as 'the best ever', is celebrating its recent five-star hygiene rating.
Rupeyal, based on Congleton Road in Biddulph, has been serving communities across the Potteries for over 25 years and is continuing to go from strength to strength with its loved curries, pizzas and kebabs.
Praised for its cleanliness and friendly owner, Mohammed Akhtar, the business now has over 7,000 five-star reviews from customers. And the business has retained its five-star hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency.
Mohammed said: "I have been running this place for 25 years now and I am very proud of our team who make this place the cleanest takeaway in the area.

"Over the last 25 years, we have kept our much-loved menu but continued to change the interior of the takeaway as time has gone by. We mostly do delivery and we have customers who have been eating with us from the start."
The takeaway is loved for its range of curries which are made fresh in the kitchen at Rupeyal and its set menu deals which 'can't be beaten on price and quality'.
Most customers have their orders delivered to their door, including regular Kara Wrench, who says there is something for everyone at Rupeyal, including for the kids.
She said: "I have been eating for that many years I can't even remember how long ago it was. The delivery is brilliant, the food is gorgeous and I would give it five stars myself.

"We order online most of the time but when the delivery people come they are brilliant and very friendly.
"I like the pizzas, my husband likes the curries and kebabs and the kids like everything from here."
Other customers enjoy the set meals which include a main, such as a curry, side and a cake for dessert. And all food can be delivered.

"It speaks for itself you look at the reviews, how many people go there and the quality of food. I've never had a bad takeaway from there, it's the best takeaway in the area.
"They are really good people who run it and they look after you. You can't say that about a lot of takeaways.
"You see a lot come and go but not Rupeyal and I think that's down to how good it is and the people."
