Powerleague gears up for Stoke City championship opener this weekend

Powerleague Stoke Trentham Lakes is getting ready to welcome back Stoke City fans ahead of the first game of the season on Saturday. 

Being within walking distance of the Bet365 Stadium makes Powerleague the perfect place to grab a drink and a bite before the match with parking for £10 per car. 

Stoke City will play Derby County in the Potteries for the championship opener on 9 August with kick-off at 3pm. 

Powerleague's in-house DJ will be in the bar before the game to get the atmosphere going and there are plenty of food options, including hot dogs, burgers, pizza and even breakfast baps.

For the kids, the five-a-side pitches will be free to use between 12pm-3pm ahead of the match. 

Alex at Powerleague Stoke Trentham Lakes said: "We have plenty of exclusive matchday deals including a hotdog and a can of Red Stripe or Inch's for £6.

"As well we have a kids hotdog and a drink £4. As always, parking is on a first-come first-served basis and we can't wait to welcome back fans to Powerleague on Saturday."
