A nursery in Leek has been recognised as one of the highest-rated in the West Midlands after receiving glowing reviews from parents and carers.

Children 1st Buckinghams Nursery School by Storal, on Buxton Road, has been named one of the 'Top 20 Most Recommended' nurseries in the West Midlands by leading review website daynurseries.co.uk.

The nursery has achieved a perfect score of 10 out of 10 based on 148 reviews from parents whose children have attended the setting.

It is part of Derbyshire-based Storal, which has also been recognised as one of the UK's 'Top 20 Most Recommended' large nursery groups in the same awards.

The annual awards recognise nurseries that families rate most highly for the quality of their care and early years education. With more than 12,500 nurseries listed on daynurseries.co.uk, securing a place in the regional Top 20 is a notable achievement.

The rankings are compiled using thousands of independent reviews submitted by parents and carers, with nurseries assessed on areas including care and learning, staff, facilities, food and value for money.
