Stoke-on-Trent law firm Smith Partnership has strengthened its office with the appointment of Sarah McCleary as Associate Solicitor in its residential conveyancing team.

Sarah will be supporting clients across Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and Cheshire with a wide range of residential property transactions.

She brings more than 10 years' experience in residential property law and has built a strong understanding of the local housing market across Staffordshire and the wider region.

Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2018, she has supported clients through a broad range of property matters, from buying and selling homes to remortgaging, transfers of equity, new build purchases and investment property transactions.

Sarah said: "I am delighted to have joined Smith Partnership's Stoke office and to be part of a team with such a strong reputation across the region.

"Residential conveyancing can be a significant and sometimes stressful process for clients, so I am looking forward to helping local people feel supported and informed at every stage.

"Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas have a diverse and active property market, and I am excited to bring my experience to clients across the city and beyond. My focus will be on providing clear advice that helps make the process as straightforward as possible."

Rachel Maxwell, Partner and Head of Conveyancing at Smith Partnership, said: "We are delighted to welcome Sarah to our Stoke office. Her extensive experience in residential conveyancing, combined with her practical understanding of the local property market, will be a real asset to our clients and the wider team.
