CARAVAN/MOTORHOME SALES

We are looking someone experienced in face to face sales that is happy to move to selling high value motorhomes/campervans and caravans.

26,000- 28000 Basic Salary 50,000- 60,000 OTE within first 12-months

5 days per week across a 7 day rota (typically 5 weekends in 8) Saturday shift 9am-5pm, Sunday shift 10am-4pm

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping customers find their ideal caravan, providing exceptional service throughout the sales journey, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, on the forecourt, and via digital enquiries.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable caravan models, features, and packages.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and optional extras.
  • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring compliance with company pricing policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, and sales using CRM systems.
  • Provide finance, warranty, and aftersales options to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure all caravans are presented to a high standard in the showroom and on the forecourt.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within automotive, retail or caravan/motorhome sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to build rapport quickly.
