This role will involve working with a great team of people and will be a busy one, as it deals with various departments and also liaises with customers. Job Description for the Production Planner Role

• To plan and update the system for production schedules and liaise with the different departments
• Supporting the production team as and when required
• Chasing different departments to help process the order through the system
• Entering details into SAP
• To prioritise workloads for the customer's needs
• Attending meetings to update production on the workloads and possible issues
• To update production schedules
• To provide excellent customer service to customers and also internal teams, as well as despatch companies

• Production planning/scheduling experience is required
• Experience of using an ERP system SAP ideally
• Strong communication skills
• Team player
• Someone who can work using their initiative
• Works within a multi-disciplined role
• Strong IT skills
• GCSEs at C or above in Maths and English
