- Experience building proof-of-concept or production systems
- Proficient with Git, Mercurial, or Perforce
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo, Bitbucket, TeamCity)
- Familiar with automated testing and code quality tools like SonarQube
- Comfortable working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or Lean)
- Knowledge of common software design patterns
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or config tools like Ansible
- Exposure to machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Amazon ML)
- Understanding of relational, document, or graph databases
