CNC Programmer/SetterPermanent positionAtherstone- Tamworth£30,000k- £35,000k DOEWe are currently seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer/Setters to join a well-established engineering business with a strong reputation in precision manufacturing. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced and proactive machinists who take pride in producing high-quality work on large-scale componentsThe Role" Programming and setting Heidenheim CNC machines" Working from technical drawings to produce precise components" Manufacturing large castings - some weighing up to 5 tonnes" Producing a range of fabrications to customer specifications" Maintaining high quality and safety standards at all timesRequirements" Proven CNC programming and setting skills" Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings" Self-sufficient and proactive in your work" Mature approach with a stable employment history (no job hopping)" Industry experience in heavy engineering, big fabrications, or large castingsShifts & Benefits" 6am - 4pm Mon-Wed, 6am - 3pm Thurs" Overtime: Available on Fridays at time and a half" 4-day week for a great work/life balance" Will be required to carry out the occasional late shiftIf you're an experienced CNC Programmer/Setter looking to join a reputable and forward-thinking engineering company, we'd love to hear from you.
