We re continuing to strengthen our Further Education partnerships and are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused individual to join our team as a Partnership Executive.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong professional connections, supporting education providers, and making a difference in the recruitment journey for both candidates and clients.

About the Role
You ll work closely with our existing teams to support Further Education providers, helping to ensure a seamless service for colleges and candidates alike. From developing relationships with stakeholders to managing a high-quality candidate pipeline, you ll play a key role in ensuring our partners receive the support they need.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and it s well suited to someone who thrives on autonomy and enjoys both client interaction and candidate care.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with colleges and stakeholders.

Provide an outstanding experience to candidates throughout their journey.

Develop creative ways to attract and engage talent.

Interview and support candidates for a variety of college roles.

Maintain an effective and responsive candidate pipeline.

Collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies to meet provider needs.

Attend regular client meetings to strengthen partnerships.

Background in account management, recruitment, or stakeholder engagement.
