Customer Care Specialist
Salary: £25,000
Location: Newcastle Under Lyme, Stoke on Trent
Hours: Monday-Friday (9am - 5pm)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting operational change within the team to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Supporting Learners prior to attending training to ensure they complete the prerequisite requirements
- Contacting Learns post training to ensure they are aware of next steps on the instructor journey
- Resolving customer queries (telephone/email /online)
- Taking incoming and making outgoing telephone calls
- Respond to internal and external information requests / queries
- Review and monitor recorded trainings on the CPI website
- First line of response for customer complaints
- Monitoring adherence to CPI and regulatory body standards
- Maintenance of customer records (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
- Work closely with others within the wider Operations Team including Finance and Training Delivery.
- Work closely with the Sales team to support a positive customer experience
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
- A sound understanding of Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and other IT software
- Detail oriented and a diligent approach to the completion of tasks
- Solution focused / problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work to deadlines and to be able to prioritise tasks and requirements
- Excellent time management
- Working knowledge of computerised CRM system (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
