We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join an established housing association on a permanent basis, working a hybrid model. You will be assisting in providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, dealing with enquiries and additional duties. Customer Service Advisor Hybrid Monday to Friday - 37hr a week 20k- 22k per annum Stoke-on-Trent As a Customer Service Advisor your key responsibilities will be to:
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support.
- Raising orders for day-to-day repairs and generally monitor progress of orders placed, liaising with colleagues, contractors and tenants
- Undertake customer satisfaction surveys, gathering and reporting feedback to assist with measuring the performance against service standards
- Assist in the delivery of an efficient and effective void process, dealing with the closure of old tenancies and helping to ensure that vacancies can be re-let as quickly as possible
- Help administer the housing waiting list, documenting and processing upon receipt all new housing applications, shortlisting applications against predetermined criteria prior to detailed assessments being completed by other colleagues
- In a similar role role such as Repairs Clerk, Customer Service Officer, Lettings, Contact Management.
